Er eignet sich besonders gut zum Aperitif. Wird in Gläsern bei einer Temperatur von 8–10 °C serviert, vorsichtig entkorken, dabei vermeiden, dass der Wein verschüttet wird, und in einem Eimer mit Eis und Wasser kühl aufbewahren.
