Aus 85% Glera und 15% Pinot Nero Trauben entsteht der extra trockene Rosé Prosecco DOC Rosé von Borgo Molino. Die Weinberge liegen auf 90-180 m ü.d.M. und sind teilweise hügelig, moränischen und sandigen Ursprungs und mit lehmigem Boden. Nach der manuellen Lese im September erfolgt das Entrappen und anschließende sanfte Pressen bei kontrollierter Temperatur. Die erste Gärung erfolgt bei 14-16°C bei kontrollierter Temperatur und führt zur Umwandlung des Mostes in Wein.Durch die Vinifikation in Rot des Blauburgunders wird die besondere Roséfarbe erhalten, während die Perlage durch die Martinotti-Methode im Autoklav erhalten wird, Dort findet die zweite Gärung statt. Die letzte Ausbaustufe erfolgt 2-3 Wochen in der Flasche.
Eigenschaften von diesem Prosecco
Es kommt mit einer hellen rosa Farbe und einer feinen und anhaltenden Perlage. Der Duft ist sehr zart und fruchtig, mit einem Hauch von Erdbeere, Himbeere, Kirsche.
Empfohlene Kombinationen mit diesem Rosé von Borgo Molino
Perfekt als Aperitif, hervorragend zu Fischgerichten, zum Probieren mit Pizza. Bei 6-8°C servieren.
