Wine description
The "Miòl Écru" of Cantina Bortolomiol is a Cuvée produced with Chardonnay, Glera and Perera grapes. After the harvest that takes place in the first half of September, the wine is vinified in white by soft pressing, then primary fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature and fermentation at 20 days.
Spumante Extra Dry "Miol Ecru"'s features
When examined for its organoleptic qualities, this cuvée has a straw yellow color. The nose is fruity and aromatic, in the mouth it is fresh, velvety and sapid.

Perfect to accompany raw fish, try it in combination with sushi. Serve at a temperature of 8°C in a slender glass.
