Filanda Rosé di Bortolomiol is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes. It is a wine dedicated to all the women who contributed with their work in the vineyards to let the Bortolomiol Winery grow. After the harvest at the end of August, a short maceration on the skins takes place before the soft pressing; primary fermentation at controlled temperature and with selected yeasts follows. After the fermentation at 25-30 days, it is aged on the lees for 3 months and then for another 3 months in bottle. For the sparkling wine, the Martinotti-Charmat Method is followed along.
