The "Miol", Prosecco Extra Dry DOC of Bortolomiol Winery is produced with Glera grapes from the oldest areas of Prosecco DOC. After the harvest which takes place in the month of September, the wine is vinified in white by soft pressing; the primary fermentation takes place with selected yeasts and in steel, at a controlled temperature; then the fermentation takes place and the aging takes place, always in steel, for a period of about 1-2 months.

This Prosecco Bortolomiol shows a brilliant straw yellow color, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is dominated by light fruity and floral hints. The palate is lively, smooth, well balanced in all its components.
