This Valdobbiadene from the refined and renowned Astoria winery, is the result of the vinification of 100% pure Glera grapes. The provenance falls within the administrative limits of the Astoria estate on hilly land about 150 meters above sea level. The harvest takes place manually in September, at the latest in October according to summer temperatures and with the grapes at the maximum chemical and organoleptic balance. Vinification involves soft pressing and static decantation of the must. Its primary fermentation takes place in 18/19 C stainless steel containers with selected autochthonous yeasts. The new wine is kept on the "noble lees" for a month, then made limpid and poured in autoclaves for the foam. La rifermentazione avviene a 16/18°C sempre con lieviti selezionati e dura circa 25/30 giorni; fa seguito un periodo di affinamento sui lieviti per qualche giorno. Si procede poi all’imbottigliamento e al riposo in bottiglia per qualche settimana.
