Shipping costs in Switzerland

Free shipping in Switzerland for orders from 149,00 CHF.

The shipment will be collected in Italy and provided with a Swiss shipping label. After customs clearance you can follow the shipment with the tracking you will receive by email. All prices indicated on the website already include duties and taxes.

Delivery times takes 5-6 working days from the departure of the parcel.

Your orders are shipped within one working day from the order confirmation or payment'receipt for advance bank transfers of all products available in stock.

Insured shipping

All our wines will be shipped with appropriate packaging and covered by an insurance policy that protects the customer in case of breakage or loss during the transport of the order, at no additional cost for the buyer.

Packaging

We use certified "shockproof" packaging  only in order to guarantee maximum safety in the event of accidental bumps and falls, but which at the same time guarantees excellent protection against thermal shocks. They are made with 100% recyclable material.

Delivery time

The products are shipped within 24 hours after the order (excluding Saturdays and Sundays). Delivery times in 5-6 working days from the departure of the goods throughout the Swiss territory.

There may be delays in deliveries due to bad weather, strikes and uncomfortable delivery areas, or uncomfortable operating conditions of the courier.

With regard to delivery times, the laws relating to the consumer code are applied.

Customer service

You will be kept up to date throughout the whole duration of the shipping. From the moment your order is sent, you will receive a tracking code relating to your shipment, the tracking of the shipment will be sent to the email address indicated during the purchase, with this procedure you will be able to track your shipment online.
