"MAIOR" Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Dry Millesimato of the Bortolomiol Winery is produced with 100% Glera grapes alone, grown in the vineyards located on the farm in the renowned hills of Valdobbiadene. After the manual harvest, which takes place in the second half of September, the wine is vinified in white by soft pressing with primary fermentation at a controlled temperature through the use of selected yeasts. The fermentation takes place at 25-30 days with the final phase of aging that instead has the duration of 1-3 months.
