Are your wine always available?

All our wines are usually available since we replenish periodically. Furthermore, all our products are stocked in our winery at a controlled temperature. 

 

Is there a limit to the number of bottles for my order?

You don't have to buy a precise number of bottles. In case of large quantities, we guarantee that the shipment will take place within 7 working days. If the chosen bottle is no longer in production or if we simply run out of it the site will report it during the purchase phase indicating the number of bottles that can be ordered.

 

May I order more bottles from different wineries?

Of course! You can put in the cart the number and the type of bottles that you want: we love try new products and find new Wineries that's why we would like to share this passion with you.

 

How long do promotions and offers last?

The duration of the promotion is indicated in the central banner.

 

How can I make an order?
 
Search on our website the wine you would like to buy, read the information and the characteristics on its description: if it's the right wine for you click on "add to cart " and choose the number of the bottles.
Once you are in the cart page select the correct country of delivery, the shipment then choose how to pay.
If you have a promotional code add it in the space provided and click on"apply" in order to have the discount.
At last, complete your purchase by clicking on "Complete order".
 
What about the delivery time ?
 
The products are shipped within 24 hours from the confirmation order ( excluding Saturday and Sunday), orders for products available received before 17.00 will be shipped the same day and delivered within 48/72 hours.
Bad weather, strikes and uncomfortable areas of deliveries could cause delays in deliveries.

 

 

How can I use the promotion code?

Discount codes must be entered on the cart page before completing the order.

The total price will be automatically recalculated based on the amount of the discount.

 

How can I pay?

It is possible to pay via:

- Bank transfer (in this case the products will be shipped after receiving the payment)
