Wine description
Spumante Rosè Dry is produced by Tenuta Torre Zecchei, an historical winery which has always worked with love and competence, creating remarkable products by following the ancient winemaking traditions of its land. Three kind of grapes are used to donate life to this great sparkling wine: Pinot, Merlot and Incrocio Manzoni.
Characteristics of Spumante Rosé Dry
It presents a delicate rosé colour and a bouquet of acacia flower, jasmine and mature apple. Lively in taste with delicate scents.
Recommended pairings while tasting this Sparkling "Lune Rosè"
It’s perfect to be paired with fish dishes, aged cheeses, appetizers and desserts. Recently, it has been drunk as aperitif, especially in summer. It should be served at a temperature of 8-10°C after being uncorked and placed in an ice bucket full of ice mixed with water.
