From the wise union in a blend of Vermentino and Moscato grapes. The production area falls in the territory of Sulcis, in the south-west of Sardinia. The harvest takes place in the third decade of August. The vinification foresees that the grapes in full ripening are "stapled" and left on the shoots to allow a faster drying in the plant and brought to a concentration of 350 grams/ liter of sugar. The grapes are then cooled and macerated at 4 ºC for 24 hours. Then the pressing and the must obtained ferments in steel at 20 ºC until the natural fermentation block. The maturation takes place always in steel for 9 months and then in glass for at least 3.
