This sensational Alto Adige DOC is produced with the historical and local Weißburgunder vineyard made by a sensational blend of Pinot Bianco grapes. The soil where the vines are cultivated is marl, light and it can quickly become hot. The grapes are lightly pressed and separated from the sediments by a natural precipitation process; then the must ferments under temperature control. The grapes come all from the Cortaccia vineyards with the Pinot Bianco of Hofstätter that express at their best all the delicate elegance of the winery of Termeno. It has to mature in steel and it has fruity aromas and the freshness and the decision of the best Alto Adige bottles.
Characteristics of the Pinot Bianco wine
It has a medium intense straw yellow color. The smell is clean with warm and persistent floral aromas. The taste has a remarkable acidity. It is very balanced and harmonic before a very clean ending.

The Pinot Bianco DOC Alto Adige is great as appetizer or with fish starters or with delicate vegetables soups. It must be served at 12°C in a high and wide wine glass.
