From the vinification in purity of selected Verdicchio grapes. Its origin is that of the Verdicchio territory, in the heart of the DOC area. Harvest involves a first drying of the grapes in the vineyard, then the harvest at the end of November which lasts until the first days of December. Vinification involves a short maceration of the skins and thermo-controlled fermentation in steel tanks at 15°C. At last, the refinement takes place for 12 months in small medium-toasted French oak barrels, and continues for 24 months in bottle.
