Weinbeschreibung
Strong and gritty but also harmonious and delicate: this Chardonnay comes from 100% grapes from vineyards located to the south, south-west at about 500-650 m asl with excellent biological fertility. After the harvest in mid-September, the grapes are gently pressed, fermentation and aging in steel, with a small part in French oak.
Characteristics of this wine from Trentino
It has a straw yellow color and an olfactory bouquet reminiscent of ripe yellow fruit and spices. Elegant on the palate, where it impresses with a marked mineral component and a pleasant acidic vein.
Recommended pairings with this white wine
Excellent with sushi, sashimi fish appetizers but also main courses. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 ºC.
