From the unusual vinification of autochthonous vine united in blend between the grapes of Sauvignon for iil 60%, and Chardonnay for 40%. The origin is that of the company that operates in Tuscany. The vinification requires that the grapes, once harvested towards the end of September, ferment in stainless steel containers, where they remain to refine for a few months, until bottling.

The color of the wine is straw-yellow. The nose has delicious scents of yellow peach, boxwood, elder. The notes of gooseberry and finally a touch of vanilla are perceived. The taste on the palate is round and shows a balanced structure.
