From the vinification of 100% pure Pinot Bianco grapes. The origin is the classic one of Alto Adige Val Venosta. The harvest takes place between the middle and the end of September. Immediately after the vinification, after the harvest carried out by hand, the Pinot Bianco bunches are transported to large acacia wood barrels where fermentation takes place. This is followed by an aging of ten months on the coarse lees, always in the same barrels. After bottling, the Pinot Blanc is stored for 6 months in the company so that it can mature and develop its aromas to the fullest.
Pinot Bianco Weissburgunder Doc’s features
