From the vinification in absolute purity of 100% pure Moscato grapes. The origin is the classic one of Sardinia. The vinification takes place at the end of the harvest, the bunches withered on the plant are de-stemmed and gently pressed. The must ferments very slowly in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C. Before bottling, Moscato ages for a few months in steel tanks.

A warm and intense golden yellow colour. The scent has aromas of ripe yellow fruit, dehydrated apricot, mandarin peel, orange honey and sweet spices. The taste is persuasive and soft, it seduces the palate with rich and ample aromas, which give a sweet and very persistent sip, which closes with a pleasantly fresh and savory finish.
