Wine description
From the vinification of young 100% pure Cortese grapes from the Gavi area of Piedmont, in the heart of the Controlled and Guaranteed Designation of Origin. Harvest by hand, vinification takes place with soft pressing. Refinement requires the grapes to ferment in stainless steel tanks for three months and then be bottled.
Gavi Palas DOCG Michele Charlo’s features
A straw yellow color with bright greenish reflections. Scent tells fresh floral notes, alternating with more fruity nuances. Taste in the mouth is round, intense, refreshing, with an excellent acidic shoulder.
