From the vinification in purity of Verduzzo Friulano grapes, wisely vinified in purity at 100% by the technicians of the Roncaia del Friuli winery. The origin is the classic one of the company's vineyards located in the Ramandolo DOCG. Vinification starts immediately after the grapes are harvested in mid-October and dried for at least 8 weeks. The grapes are de-stemmed and pressed, obtaining a rich and impressive must. Fermentation and maturation are carried out in French oak barriques for 20 months during which constant battonage is carried out. Refinement in the bottle lasts about 6 months.
