This sensational and refined Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi Classico DOC comes from the learned vinification of 100% pure Verdicchio grapes. The origin of the grapes is linked to the large area with the Controlled Designation of Origin of Verdicchio. Harvest takes place in early September, by hand in crates, with vinification and soft pressing, hyper-reduction fermentation in steel tanks at 15°C. The refinement happens for at least five months in steel tanks, followed by three months in bottle.

This wine has a bright straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The scent is that of yellow flowers, peach, green apple and jasmine, with widespread minerality. The taste is absolutely dry, savory, fresh, fruity and highly drinkable.
