From the vinification in Blend of the grapes of Corvina Veronese 40%, Corvinone Veronese 40%, Rondinella 20%: this wine is a great representation of Veronese tradition. The provenance is the classic one of Valpolicella, in the Veneto region. The vinification involves the use of selected grapes, harvested by hand. Soft pressing, maceration and fermentation at a controlled temperature.
