From the vinification in Blend of the grapes of Corvina Veronese 40%, Corvinone Veronese 40%, Rondinella 20%: this wine is a great representation of Veronese tradition. The provenance is the classic one of Valpolicella, in the Veneto region. The vinification involves the use of selected grapes, harvested by hand.
