Vinification involves alcohlic fermentation in oak barrels with maceration on the skins for 17/18 days and complete malolactic fermentation. This is followed by a minimum 2-year refinement, matured for 18 months in large barrels before refinement in the bottle. The products belonging to this label are produced only in exceptional vintages in a limited number of bottles and sold only on assignment.
