Wine description
Trebbiano d’Abruzzo DOC is a fresh and fruity white wine. This wine comes from 100% Trebbiano grapes, cultivated by Fattoria Giuseppe Savini, grown in the hills 300 meters above sea livel, in the province of Teramo. Vintage starts at the end of September and fermentation takes place in stainless steel vessels at a controlled temperature of 17°C. A short aging in bottle follows.
Characteristics of this white wine
It present a straw yellow colour. Floral and fruity bouquet, with apple and pear fragrances. Fresh on the mouth with fruity taste: thanks to these characteristics it’s very easy to drink.
Recommended pairings while tasting Trebbiano wine
It should be served in a stem glass at a temperature of 10°C. It’s perfect to be tasted with all fish dishes.
