The symbolic wine of the Piedmontese tradition, fruit of the vinification of 100% pure Cortese grapes. The origin is the classic one of Piedmont in the Gavi area. Harvest takes place by hand and grapes immediately transferred to the cellar. Vinification requires that the grapes are processed in steel only and then left to mature for at least five months on its own yeasts before being bottled.

A straw yellow colour with greenish reflections. The perfume has the smell of white flowers with references to Golden apples and chives. The taste on the palate is fragrant and full-bodied, round and savory, of good length and almondy in the finish.
