This Gavi takes its name by the famous general of the Savoy reign Valentino Sartore, that lived some years in our lands. The fragrance of the perfumes, the intensity of the taste joined to its lightness make this product perfect for every situation. It is suitable for young people and preserve its tradition at the same time. It is produced with 100% Cortese grapes that come from the lands in the province of Gavi. The wine making technique is the traditional one, managed in steel containers at controlled temperature. It can be drunk in every moment and the evolution in the bottle can even last some years.
