The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Extra brut di Spagnol is produced with 100% Glera grapes in the locality of Solighetto in an extremely suitable hill. After the harvest, the grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel vats in contact with the lees. Then it is assembled with the thousandth of the previous year to give more character to the bubble; it is then refermented in an autoclave with the Charmat method.
Valdobbiadene Extra Brut DOCG's features
Excellent as an aperitif, as a wine throughout a meal with fish dishes and in combination with light foods. Serve at a temperature of 8 ºC in a tapered glass.
Straw yellow color with persistent bubbles. The nose is characterized by the classic hints of white fruits, almond and dried fruit.
