The sparkling wine “Fusion Metodo Classico” produced by Giorgi encloses in its name its own essence: the fusion between wine knowledge and the territory of Oltrepò Pavese. It is a bottle-fermented sparkling wine. The choice of this production method aims to preserve the richness and the perfumes of this sparkling wine. It is a blend composed by 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, cultivated in the area of Oltrpò Pavese. The fermentation is managed in steel containers at controlled temperature.

Shiny straw yellow colour full of gold reflections. The perfume is fresh and fragrant, with hints of mandarin and vanilla. Its taste is smooth, rich and fresh.

Perfect for informal happy hours and for every type of meal. It is suggested to try it with risotto with perch. It has to be served at 7°C in a high, tapered wine glass.
