This sensational Barbera belongs to the line of “CRU Barricati” and it is cultivated in the classical area of Oltrepò Pavese.It is produced with 100% Barbera grapes. The versions called “Nato in Vigna” are produced by Gerry Scotti and bottled by Giorgi. Gerry’s brand is autobiographical, as the tv host told during the press conference for the presentation of his line of products. His mother, pregnant, started his labour under the pomegranates next to the vineyards where her husband and her father-in-law worked. “Barbera Regiù” is a plain red of Oltrepò Pavese that ages in steel and in barrique. It is soft, smooth, aromatic and persistent, with a lot of fruity sensations that recall cherry, black cherry and wild fruits.

Intense ruby red colour with a rich bouquet where emerge hints of mature cherry, dark cherry and wild fruits. Its taste is balanced, smooth, structured and persistent.
