This wine Bonarda DOC by Giorgi is cultivated in the area of Oltrepò Pavese. It is the expression of the territory. 100% Croatina variety, whose vineyards produce around 70 quintals per hectare. The harvest is planned on the second decade of September and it is managed manually. It is followed by soft pressing and elimination of stalks. Fermentation and maceration are set in automated steel containers with continuous control of the temperatures, that swing around 28°-30°C. This process lasts at least 8-10 days. The complete malolactic fermentation is followed by the aging, developed for 6 months in steel at controlled temperature. Bonarda "La Brughera” is a wine that respects the tradition. Its light bubbles create a dynamic product that, although, always preserves its structured, pleasant taste, always characterized by mature fruits. This article is always able to transmit authenticity and simplicity. Because of its versatility, it can be suggested with every type of meal. It is really interesting to taste it in summer, when its structure is balanced by the freshness of its temperature.

Ruby red colour full of purple reflection. Its perfume is intense and elegant with fruity hints of dark cherry, almond and fresh fruit, typical of the variety. The taste is dry, enchanting, structured and persistent.

Perfect with cold cuts, local main dishes, braised meat and aged cheeses. It has to be served at 18°C in a wide wine glass that helps the diffusion of the perfumes.
