This product represents perfectly the union between tradition and innovation. A bottle fermented sparkling wine “Pas Dosé” that praises the denomination DOCG. The vineyard produces 70 quintals per hectare. This fabulous wine is produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes. The sparkling wine “Top Zero” produced by Giorgi is the result of the assembly of the best harvests coming from the best vineyards. The harvest is at the end of August, followed by fermentation in steel containers at a controlled temperature of 15°C. A little percentage of must is fermented in French oak barriques. The “Tirage” is developed in the following spring. The bottles age then for at least 80 months. In the disgorging process, the bottle is filled with the same wine.

The organoleptic exam reveals a straw yellow colour enriched by gold shades and faint, persistent perlage. Its wide and elegant bouquet expresses hints of white flowers and vanilla. The taste is savoury, rich, structured, dry, with a great personality and a good balance.
