It is delicate, smelly and jaunty. These are the characteristics of this white sparkling wine produced by the Garofoli winery. This wine is cultivated in the Jesi Castle hills in the Classica area. The soil has medium mixture. The production is made by 100% Verdicchio grapes which represents a solid basis to confer freshness, delicacy and pleasant. These main characteristics make it suitable for every occasion. The sparkling method process is made by the charmat method at low temperature with a maturation of 6 months in autoclaves. It has to be drunk after two years.
