Produced with 100% Pinot Nero grapes, this Franciacorta Riserva Dosaggio Zero from Villa Crespia Winery comes from organically grown vineyards owned by the Muratori family. After the manual harvest, the carefully selected grapes are subjected to soft pressing in order to use the first pressing: the alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel at a controlled temperature and after a maturation of 7/8 months it finally passes to the refinement in the bottle for a minimum period of 6o months.
Characteristics of this Franciacorta
The organoleptic examination shows a straw yellow color and a persistent perlage: the olfactory bouquet evokes ripe fruit, citrus fruits, spices and floral notes in particular of lime. On the palate it has a good structure.

Excellent throughout the whole meal, for particularly creamy dishes. Particularly suitable with fish and white meat main courses. Serve at a temperature of 6-8 ° C in a tapered glass.
