Il Valbobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Millesimato DOCG Dry "La primavera di Barbara" is a wine produced in the Merotto cellar located in the San Martino col in the Valdobbiadene territory in Veneto. The grapes are 90% Glera and 10% Perera coming from a selected vineyard of the company. The single-variety winemaking and the fermentation are in autoclave for about 60 days by following the Charmat method.

Esthetically it has a straw yellow color with a brilliant foam and a fine and persistence perlage. The scent is intense, fruity and floral with an apple, pear and apricot touch with some rose and wisteria nuances. The taste is fresh and fragrant, with a great harmony and long persistence.
