This Valdobbiadene DOCG from Eleonora Martini’s Elém project, is the right combination between the quality of Prosecco Valdobbiadene and the attention to design: It is no coincidence that this wine won the gold medal at the Drinks Marketing and wine design challenge in 2019. For the production of this Prosecco are used exclusively the best Glera grapes harvested during the manual harvest on the characteristic hills of Valdobbiadene: Elém is part of the Sant'Orsola group based in Cuneo, therefore the grapes for the production of these wines are harvested through the use of local cooperatives. Following the harvest, the grapes are subjected to the stage of vinification and Martinotti method, the refermentation in autoclave.
