It is a bottle-fermented sparkling wine. The choice of this production method aims to preserve the richness and the perfumes of this sparkling wine. It is a blend composed by 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, cultivated in the area of Oltrpò Pavese. The fermentation is managed in steel containers at controlled temperature.
