From the vinification of 100% pure Riesling grapes. The origin is the classic one of the vineyards that arise on soils characterized by morainic sediments with clayey and porphyritic traces, above 400 meters above sea level. Vinification requires the transformation of grapes into must and cold maceration for a few hours in the press. Then wine is filtered and bottled after controlled fermentation at around 18°C, followed by aging on the lees for at least 6 months. The aging potential of this sensational traditional Trentino wine reaches from 3 to 5 years.
