From the vinification of 95% Glera grapes with an addition of a very small variable percentage of Bianchetta and Perera. The origin of the vineyards is linked to the area of Colbertaldo and Farrò. Harvest takes place by hand in 20 kg boxes. Vinification involves the sequential pressing of whole grapes, fermentation in steel and resting on the lees for at least 4 months. At last, the second fermentation happens in the traditional method with refermentation in the bottle.

A straw yellow color with greenish reflections. It has the typical slight deposit of yeast at the bottom of the bottle. The scent with the initial notes of yellow fruits is combined with elegant floral scents in which the intense notes of acacia flowers can be easily recognized. Mild mineral sensation.
