A refined wine from the Alto Adige tradition, which is the result of the skilful and conscientious vinification of Moscato Giallo grapes from pergola and espalier of 10-20 years old. The origin of the vineyards falls within the DOC area of Alto Adige, and the vines are grown at an altitude above 400 meters above sea level. The ground is sandy, moraine rich in minerals. Vinification happens before pressing, the grapes are cold macerated for a few hours, followed by a controlled fermentation process at 18°C in stainless steel tanks and a maturation of 6 months on the lees.
