From the vinification of Rhenish Riesling grapes. The origin is the classic one of the lower Valle di Cembra, Trentino. The vinification involves manual harvesting in the third decade of September, soft pressing in an inert atmosphere, static decantation of the musts, fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, aging on the lyses for about 5/6 months, before bottling.
