This wine best represents the South Tyrolean winemaking tradition. The vinification of this label involves 100% pure Gewürztraminer grapes. The origin is that of South Tyrol, and only selected vineyards are used at altitudes between 400 and 550 meters above sea level. The soil on which the vines stand is gravelly, sandy, rich in minerals with limestone deposits. The vinification involves a short maceration in the press followed by a soft pressing. Fermentation and aging in steel.
