From the vinification of high-quality Riesling Renano grapes, rigorously reared within the company limits. The origin is the classic DOC area, the Conca di Bressanone. Vinification involves fermentation and maturation in stainless steel in order to maintain the freshness and natural aromas of the varietal. Optimal refinement extends for at least 12 months.
Riesling Praepositus DOC Abbazia di Novacella’s features
An intense straw yellow color. Perfume expresses an olfactory profile of great depth, characterized by hints of honey, saffron, orange and roses. Taste on the palate is fresh, long, characterized by a nice acidity and a finish of great gustatory persistence.

An excellent wine for the whole meal, it goes well with medium-aged cheeses, with first and second courses rich in spices. The optimum serving temperature is 10°C.
