Descrizione del vino
The vineyards used for the production of this wine born on a marl and sandy soil of Eocene origins characteristic of the Collio area and they are exposed at south-west and north-east. The grapes used are 100% Riesling Renano with an acidity of 7,3% which allow a longevity of 4 years. This wine is partially vinified on the peels.
Characteristics of the Riesling Jermann
It has a bright straw yellow color with green reflections which remark the youth of this wine. The smell is intense and persistent, lightly harmonic and fruity. The taste is dry, fresh, balanced and velvety.
Suggested pairings with this white Jermann wine
It is perfect with vegetables, crustacean, baked fishes and sauces. It is perfect with the bass with almonds. The service temperature is 10°C.
