This prestigious label from the Colterenzio Winery in Alto Adige is the result of the pure vinification of Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in modern espalier systems, with a density of 5,000 plants per hectare. The origin falls in the DOC Alto Adige area with morainic and gravelly soils of medium structure. Vinification involves fermentation on the skins at 28-30°C in steel. After a careful reassembly of peels and juice for optimal color extraction, the wine ferments for 1/3 in barriques and 2/3 in 35 hl wooden vats for about 18 months. After careful bottling,12 months of bottle aging follow.

An intense ruby red colour. Hints of ripe berries, among which black currant stands out, elegant herbaceous notes and pleasant sweet spicies too. The full-bodied taste on the palate, with the taste that corresponds to the olfactory one, is also excellent too.
