Pinot Grigio COLTERENZIO

This label represents the entire Pinot Grigio range of Colterenzio: it contains all the essence of the territory and the mastery in the vinification of this particular native vine of Trentino. Vinification involves the use of Pinot Grigio grapes in purity. The origin is the classic Alto Adige DOC, vineyards are situated at an altitude of about 280 meters, up to 450 meters above sea level. Vineyards are particularly suitable for Pinot Grigio. The ground is gravelly, partly calcareous. Cool microclimate with strong temperature variations between day and night. Vinification involves the controlled fermentation at a temperature of 18 ° C in steel and aging of the wine for a few months on the lees.
