This Prosecco "COÈR" produced by the Drusian Winery is produced with 100% Glera grapes grown in the Prosecco DOC Treviso area on a clayey-calcareous soil. Following the manual harvest of the first ten days of September, the vinification takes place in white, with soft pressing; the sparkling wine is made in an autoclave according to the Charmat method.
Characteristics of this Prosecco
On the organoleptic examination this brut sparkling wine has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine perlage. The perfume opens with a range of fruity notes where hints of apple and pear stand out in particular. On the palate it is harmonious, fresh and dry.

To be served in flutes at a temperature of 6-8°C. It is a very harmonious and fresh wine, for this reason it is recommended to taste it as an aperitif or to accompany entire fish-based meals.
