Wine description
This Abruzzo rosé wine from the Collefrisio Winery is made from pure Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes. The grapes harvested during the early October grape harvest are destemmed and then undergo maceration at a low temperature. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel.
Characteristics of this Abruzzi wine
It presents a very intense cherry-pink colour. The bouquet is distinctly fruity and recalls red fruits such as wild strawberry, black cherry and cherry. On the palate it impresses with a good structure and a long, fresh finish.
Recommended pairings with this Abruzzi rosé wine
Particularly recommended with fish dishes: hot hors d'oeuvres, seafood risotto, fried or grilled food. Also excellent with pizza. serve at a temperature of 10-12 C°.
