From the vinification in purity of Pinot Bianco grapes that reach a maximum age of 30 years. The yield of this vine is 70 hectoliters of wine for each hectare of vineyard. The breeding method is that of Gujot and pergola as the Trentino traction requires. In fact, the Pinot Bianco vine was brought to Alto Adige in 1852 by Archduke John of Austria, and has integrated itself so much that the region has been established as its chosen territory. Many experts consider South Tyrol to be one of the best areas in the world for the cultivation of Pinot Blanc. The winemaking process requires that after a first pressing of the whole ripe and perfectly healthy harvested grapes, there is a natural decantation of the must. Then the fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C, and finally the maturation of 4 months on the fine lees in steel tanks. The Vineyard is located in a hilly area, between 450 and 600 meters above sea level. The soil is calcareous and clayey of medium texture, very mineral.
