Wine description
This Abruzzi white wine from the Collefrisio Winery is made from pure Pecorino grapes harvested during the September harvest. After destemming, the vinification of this Abruzzi wine requires low-temperature maceration and temperature-controlled alcoholic fermentation in steel.
Characteristics of this Abruzzi wine
It presents a straw yellow colour with golden reflections. The olfactory profile presents notes of yellow-fleshed fruit while on the palate it is pleasantly fresh and with the right sapidity.
