Wine description
From the use of pure Cococciola grapes comes this Abruzzi white wine from the Collefrisio Winery. For the production of this Cococciola wine, following the harvesting of the grapes, destemming and maceration at a low temperature are carried out. This is followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel.
Characteristics of this Abruzzi wine
It has a straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The olfactory notes are reminiscent of green tea and peach, on the palate it impresses with its great structure and long persistence.
Recommended pairings with this white wine from Abruzzo
Excellent with all fish dishes, from starters to main courses. Serve at a temperature of 8-10 C°.
