This winery is made by hundreds of farmers that have a solid alliance with this winery in the respect and the valorization of the familiar companies. The grapes used to produce this Bardolino Chiaretto DOC are 65% Corvina, 25% Rondinella and 10% Molinara. All the grapes come from Lazise and Bardolino hamlets, on the Garda lake in the Cavaion Veronese area, located at 160-180 meters above the sea level. The grapes are picked in the half of September and they are pressed with low temperature and protected by the oxidation and they are vinified in rosé. The color and the aromas are given by the contact with the peels. The clear must has a slow fermentation under temperature control on selected yeast. The wine matures in steel at low temperatures.
